From Memphis TN, Pit Master Jimmy Hudson grew up with his daddy on a championship BBQ team and playing music with various bands around town. Following in his fathers footsteps Jimmy has toured the country extensively with many bands and represented Memphis Musicians all over the world.

Now it is time to not only bring live Memphis Music to you but also Memphis BBQ with our awesome new food trailer. We are available to not only cater your party, wedding, corporate events, or any other occasion but we can bring one of the best Memphis Bands of all time, The Jimmy Hudson Band, founded at Handy Park on Beale Street in 2007.

Jimmy Hudson

Jimmy has been involved with championship BBQ teams since he was a little boy as his daddy. Mike Hudson was a founder of the team Hazardous Waist and they always placed within the top 10 of every division with hundreds of contests under their belt including many years of the World Championships in Memphis where at some point they placed within the top 3 of every category over the years. He also got to go along with his grandparents and later father who all became judges at Memphis in May.

Brooke Hudson

Brooke is the brains behind getting everyone fed as a veteran of the 101st Airborne in the US Army and 2 tours of duties served in Iraq Brooke was a cook and is highly trained in getting everyone fed and happy and she was also a Saw Gunner so make sure you treat her with kindness.

She has also been in the food service industry since 1995 and has worked every position at various restaurants and bars and even has experience running a bakery so who knows what kinds of sweet treats she will come up with.
